1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to KI Dorkar?. By accessing, browsing, registering, or purchasing products on our official web portals (kidorkar.com and kidorkarbd.com), or placing orders via our customer hotline, you legally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and Bangladesh digital trade laws. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Account Registration & User Obligations

  • Customers must provide accurate, active, and reachable Bangladeshi mobile numbers and authentic delivery addresses.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials.
  • Creating fraudulent accounts, placing prank orders, or providing fake contact information is strictly prohibited and subject to automatic blacklisting and legal action under the Cyber Security and ICT Act of Bangladesh.

3. Product Specifications, Fabrics & Colors

  • KI Dorkar? manufactures and sources premium quality apparel, including 100% combed cotton t-shirts, drop-shoulder silhouettes, fleece hoodies, pants, and lifestyle accessories.
  • We strive to photograph and display product colors, fabrics, and fits with utmost precision. However, due to differing smartphone/monitor screen calibrations and professional studio lighting, actual colors may vary slightly (within 5-8%).
  • Detailed garment size charts (Chest, Length, Sleeve measurements in inches) are provided on each product page. Customers are strongly advised to check the size chart before placing an order.

4. Pricing, Taxes & Discounts

  • All prices on our store are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).
  • Prices include all standard manufacturing costs. Delivery fees (Inside Dhaka: ৳80, Outside Dhaka: ৳120) and regulatory charges are clearly displayed on the checkout page before order confirmation.
  • Promotional discounts and coupon codes are subject to specific terms, minimum order amounts, and expiration dates. KI Dorkar? reserves the right to modify or terminate promotional campaigns without prior notice.

5. Order Confirmation & Dispatch

  • Upon placing an order, you will receive an instant on-screen order summary and an automated SMS confirmation with your unique Order ID (e.g. KD-XXXX).
  • For first-time or high-value orders, our verification team may place a brief phone call or WhatsApp message to verify shipping details before dispatching.
  • Orders that remain unreachable via phone for 48 hours may be placed on temporary hold or cancelled.

6. Shipping & Nationwide Delivery Timeline

  • Inside Dhaka Metro: Delivered within 24 to 48 hours.
  • Outside Dhaka (All 64 Districts & Upazilas): Delivered within 48 to 72 hours via express courier logistics.
  • Delivery timelines are subject to courier partner schedules. Unforeseen natural calamities, extreme weather, political blockades, or nationwide transit delays may slightly impact delivery schedules.

7. Cash on Delivery (COD) Rules & Integrity

Cash on Delivery is a trust-based privilege provided for customer convenience. By choosing COD, you agree to:

  • Remain reachable at the registered phone number when the courier rider attempts delivery.
  • Pay the exact billed invoice amount in full upon receipt of the parcel.
  • Refusing delivery without legitimate reason (such as verifiable product defect or mismatched shipment) after dispatch causes heavy financial and logistic losses. Habitual order cancellation will result in permanent disqualification from future COD services.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All trademarks, logos, brand assets, garment graphic prints, custom typography, images, video assets, and written website copy on kidorkar.com and kidorkarbd.com are the exclusive intellectual property of KI Dorkar? Bangladesh. Any unauthorized reproduction, commercial distribution, re-uploading, or imitation is strictly actionable under the Copyright Act of Bangladesh.

9. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law

KI Dorkar? shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from courier transit delays or improper garment laundry handling (e.g. using harsh bleaching agents on 100% cotton). These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh.
